Great organizations aren't built by strategy alone. They're built by leaders who can carry it.
Novus Leadership Group designs and facilitates leadership development for early-career professionals and newer managers across every industry: the people who turn plans into daily results. Our programs blend practical tools, real workplace scenarios and peer learning, so leaders leave each session ready to act, not just inspired.
Current engagement
In the room now: a leadership cohort for early-career and newer managers
Novus is currently facilitating a multi-session leadership cohort on behalf of a national workplace consulting and training firm. Delivered live over Zoom, the program brings together early-career professionals and newer managers from a range of industries to build the skills that matter most in their first leadership roles: leveraging your strengths to be a better leader, communicating with clarity, conflict management, coaching for performance, and leading through change.
Each session pairs short, focused teaching with hands-on practice, so participants apply new skills to the challenges they face on their own teams that week and are provided tools to take with them.
Who's it for
- Early-career professionals preparing to lead
- Newer managers in their first leadership roles
- Organizations in any industry building a bench for growth and succession
The format
- Cohort-based, so leaders learn from each other as well as from the facilitator
- Live sessions, virtual or in person
- Short teaching segments, guided practice and real-workplace application between sessions
Take aways
- Practical tools they can use with their teams the next day
- Confidence to have the conversations new managers tend to avoid
- A clearer sense of their own leadership style and how it lands with others
- A peer network that continues after the program ends
