Hollimarie "Holli" Montijo is a strategic operations and transformation leader who turns ambiguity and operational chaos into disciplined, scalable execution. With more than two decades of experience across aerospace, defense, transportation, finance, and technology, she built a reputation for strengthening operations, aligning leadership priorities, building organizational capacity, and driving results by harmonizing people, methods, and tools.

As Founder of Novus Leadership Group, Holli partners with mission‑driven organizations to embed tested frameworks she has built, including Execution Excellence, which closes the gap between strategy and outcomes, and the Simplification Program, which removes waste and complexity from process systems to strengthen organizational adoption. She equips leaders to streamline operations, sharpen decision pathways, and build systems that sustain performance. Holli also teaches executives to lead with clarity, discipline, and alignment, developing leaders who execute decisively and elevate organizational results.

Before founding Novus, Holli directed transformation initiatives and operational performance efforts within global, technical, and mission‑critical environments. She built PMOs, improved execution systems, and led organizations through complex change requiring cross‑functional alignment and disciplined delivery.

Holli is pursuing her Doctorate in Organizational Change Leadership at South College, holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics. She served as Board Chair of Launch Credit Union and as a Director for the Go Beyond Foundation.
