Holli is a visionary leader, strategic innovator, and execution expert, dedicated to transforming complex business challenges into structured, scalable success. With over two decades of experience in strategy, operations, and project management, she has built a reputation for driving efficiency, optimizing execution, and elevating leadership performance across diverse industries—including aerospace, defense, transportation, finance, and technology.
As the Founder of Novus Leadership Group, Holli created a firm that embodies the principles of Execution Excellence -a proven methodology designed to bridge the gap between strategy and results. Through Novus, she partners with organizations to simplify complexity, streamline operations, and embed a culture of execution discipline, ensuring leaders turn vision into reality with precision and clarity.
Prior to founding Novus, Holli held executive and strategic leadership roles at HEKA Aero, Alstom, and Raytheon, where she built project management offices, led critical transformation initiatives, and enhanced operational performance through data-driven decision-making. Her expertise in risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and execution strategy has positioned her as a trusted advisor to organizations seeking long-term success.
A firm believer in servant leadership and continuous growth, Holli's career has been defined by her ability to mentor teams, instill execution discipline, and empower organizations to scale effectively. Her mission with Novus Leadership Group is clear: to revolutionize execution strategy, solve complex business problems, and equip leaders with the tools to drive sustainable success.
Holli is pursuing her Doctorate in Organizational Change Leadership from South College, holds an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Behavior, and a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in Economics. She serves on multiple advisory board, including as Chair of Launch Credit Union and a Board Director for the Go Beyond Foundation, where she drives strategic initiatives that empower communities through financial access and literacy, community development, and engagement.
